UDECO Kuala Lumpur Conclave Expands the Malaysia Digital Consortium Into New Territory

Kuala Lumpur, July 28, 2026: The inaugural United Digital Economies Coalition (UDECO) Kuala Lumpur Conclave was held at FINRAN Group's Kuala Lumpur office, with FINRAN's venture-builder company TEIZA providing the sovereign digital infrastructure behind the event. The occasion was used to expand the Malaysia Digital Consortium into new territory.

During the Conclave, strategic agreements were signed with three organisations:

• Morpheus, a decentralised AI compute network
• Sole AI, developer of agentic money operations for merchants
• Ingots, a Malaysia-based dual-asset trading platform

Together, these partnerships extend the Consortium beyond its existing work with government agencies and financial institutions into AI infrastructure, venture development and retail-focused digital asset solutions.

As Harpreet Singh Maan of TEIZA noted, UDECO's core philosophy is built on collaboration, co-ownership and shared governance: a shared technology infrastructure designed to create tangible value for every stakeholder in the ecosystem.

The work sits within a broader regional moment. Following Malaysia's 2025 ASEAN Chairmanship, the ASEAN Digital Economy Framework Agreement (DEFA) was substantially concluded in May 2026, with signing expected at the 49th ASEAN Summit in November. The infrastructure being built by the Consortium is designed to support exactly this kind of cross-border digital economy implementation.
