ACCESS Plenary Session: Shaping Industry Feedback on Bank Negara Malaysia's Asset Tokenisation Paper

Kuala Lumpur, January 9, 2026: FINRAN Group hosted a plenary session of ACCESS Blockchain Association Malaysia at its Kuala Lumpur office. The working session brought together members of the association and its partners with one objective: to work through and refine the industry's joint feedback on Bank Negara Malaysia's discussion paper on asset tokenisation.
Over the course of the afternoon, participants worked through the paper section by section, marking up printed copies, debating definitions and testing proposed positions against the practical realities of issuing, custodying and trading tokenised assets in Malaysia. The emphasis throughout was on producing feedback that is constructive, technically grounded and useful to the regulator.
The session formed part of an intensive series of plenaries that culminated in the official submission of the Joint Industry Feedback to Bank Negara Malaysia. The report reflects a collective drive toward a regulated, innovative tokenisation framework for the country, and FINRAN Group, together with its venture-builder company TEIZA, is proud to have supported ACCESS and its partners in this critical initiative.
FINRAN believes that the strongest digital ecosystems are built on collaboration. Our congratulations go to the entire research and design team for the quality of the final output.
